One Day Removals update

2009.01.15

The boys at Stirton Productions have informed us that, Fightrunner favourite “One Day Removals” has been totaly sold out of its current DVD stock and are busy making more. I like to put that down mostly to our efforts but I guess I would be a total load of shite. Anyway they have given us a few links for you lucky beggars to feast your peepers upon…

A screening of the film running on the Dailymotion site from the 30th Jan, to the 2nd Feb for all you people out there who haven’t bought yourself a copy yet.

Also ther is a FANTASTIC edit of “ODR” with all the non swearing cut out, that leaves us with more than four minuets of pure Scottish cuss words that they have entitled “Sweary Movie

They have also set up an online store, selling all kinds of ODR goodies from mugs to t-shirts.

And don’t forget the IMDB page.
Please, if you loved the movie, leave a review… it all helps to get it recognised and help grow the fanbase. Who knows, maybe one day we will see a Patric Whyte greetin his een oot (crying his eyes out) at the OSCARS.

Cheers you cunts!!!!

This Should be Game Over Man

2008.10.15

Seem like Mila Jovovich isn’t learning from past mistakes. After starring in the 3 Resident Evil ‘Movies’ she has again taken leave of her senses for the 5th time (4th time was marrying Paul ‘Shit Film’ WS Anderson) and taken on a role in another game-movie conversion of Clock Tower the slasher game series. Plots is described as:

The game series features a baddie called Scissorman, who kills people with a giant pair of scissors (really), and enjoys hunting and tracking his victims. Our heroine Alyssa Barron, played by Hairspray’s Brittany Snow, has to survive as he hunts her down, while figuring out some family secrets at the same time.

Who is to direct such an ambitious project? why none other than Martin Weisz of Hills Have Eyes II fame. I won’t hold my breath on this one.

They Just Keep Coming

2008.10.13

Yet another Resident Evil movie is on the way. Resident Evil : Degeneration though promises to be a different beast to the Paul WS Anderson abominations as it is an Animated feature from the actual game developers themselves. So it promise to tie in with the video games and not twisted imagination of afore mentioned Mr Anderson. Maybe, just maybe a Resi movie that works ?

Another Michael Bay Produced Horror Coming Your Way

2008.10.12

On February 27th (UK) comes the movie unborn. Which Empire Online describes as

“The plot concerns Casey (Odette Yustman), a young girl who’s always resented her mother for leaving the family soon after her birth. But when a series of strange and disturbing events begin to plague her, she begins to understand why her mother left, and come to grips with a terrifying family curse. Only spiritual adviser Sendak (Gary Oldman) can help her, it seems.”

Looks like it could at least deliver a  few jumps.
